strive for such a standard and want to introduce the providing, controlling and improvement of a
standard through a suitable quality management system.

Quality management manual
The educational institute has to generate a quality management manual, with the following contents:
- company divisions that do not relate to the quality management
- reasons and differentiated views of company divisions, that are not subject to the quality management system procedure
- processes that contribute the conversion of the quality management system in the business
- interactions of single processes, that have an influence on the quality management have to be documented
Quality management- process documentation
Each quality management system must be documented. Such a documentation consists of:
- the description of the quality politics as well as the resulting quality goals
- a documentation of procedures and working processes
- a documentation that guarantees, that processes are carried out according to plan and verifiable
- contracts
