Until present, the educational policy lacks clearness and clear structures. Impeding to this there are no objective and competence-oriented quality standards existing which make educational offers comparable and assessable throughout Europe. The European Committee for Quality Assurance has the task of creating transparency and structures in the area of professional and further education. With the EUC accreditation programme, determined quality standards are supposed to be transferred throughout Europe.
