A certification of studying materials and educations is only possible if the institution or person who is filing the application is accredited with EUC.

Studying materials and educations have to be planned and worked out in a way that there is no need for additional material and that a conversion of the learned into practice is possible. Also the material must enable the student to constantly survey his studying improvements in order to guarantee the examination of his personal level of knowledge.
